I'm Jivin, a UXR at WorkSafeBC. I'm passionate about delivering impactful product insights through mixed-method research. I have a background in psychology and love to learn about the behaviours and motivations of users. When I'm not running research studies you can find me exploring new hiking trails with my wife and our dog.
